    This hand control is for the Golden Technologies and Relax The Back PR512-MLA, PR631-MED, and PR126  Maxicomfort lift chairs with Auto Drive and Power Pillow or Power Headrest. "Day Dreamer" and "Power Pillow"chairs). It has a round 7 pin DIN male  connection.

    If it does not match you most likely need this other hand control which is more common and less expensive: Golden Autodrive Hand Control 

    This other similar hand control has Sit or Home and Sleep buttons instead of the Head Up and Head Down buttons. This more common hand control has a round 5 pin connector not a round 7 pin connector.
