This 3.00.402.166.30 Three pin to Two prong cable plugs into a 3.00.215.001.00 power supply which was used in the 500 lb capacity Med-Lift 3555 lift chair.

It is also used in some old La Z Boy lift chairs that had power supplies with round 3 pin DIN connectors such as the 3.00.207.037.00. If your La Z Boy does not have heat and massage it is advisable to upgrade the power supply and the cable to this set up which will work your chair up and down but not operate any heat and massage features.
